“After my mom died last Feb. my then 97 year old father was left to live alone in their formally shared room at The Commons at Lutheran Towers. It became harder and harder to get him to participate in any of the daily activities or, on many days, to even get out of bed. That is when I contacted Florida Home Companion and they took a really personal interest in my dad and sent over a perfect match. His caretaker has been a gift. He loves her and she can get him to do most anything, including taking a shower when he hates the lack of privacy that goes along with that. She takes him for walks and makes sure he finds something he likes to eat which takes quite a special talent. His care giver has added so much to his quality of life and to my peace of mind. I cannot give enough praise to the management and staff of Florida Home Companion.
