Our hiring process

Our goal is to provide the same level of care that we would want for our loved ones. We do this through a strict hiring process where we look for individuals who not only are licensed professionals, but are a pleasure to have around family and your loved ones. All of our caregivers have passed the state of Florida mandated Level 2 FBI background checks, personal reference checks with previous employers, and a skill review from our head Registered Nurse. In addition, all caregivers have a C.N.A. license as well as HIV certificate and Alzheimer and Dementia certificates.

What you'll need for your interview:

  1. At the time of application - background screen (FDLE- Level 2) or if an employer has run a recent level 2, we can check online
  2. Driver's license
  3. Proof of auto insurance
  4. Social security card
  5. C.N.A./H.H.A, LPN, RN licenses
  6. Up to date CPR certificate
  7. HIV Certificate (4 hours RN and LPN) (2 Hrs C.N.A. and H.H.A.) 1 hr update if expired
  8. A physical dated within 6 months stating that you are FREE from communicable diseases and contains the negative results of a PPD TEST or the negative results of a chest x-ray.
  9. Any other applicable certificates (such as Alzheimer’s/Dementia care, assistance with self-administered medication) medical errors (RN, LPN)
  10. A list of 3 verifiable work references, 3 personal (non-family) references
